- Closed-Toe Shoes & Boots: If you're between sizes or have a wider foot or higher arch, it's best to size up for added comfort.

We use Australian Registered Post for all orders within Australia & Internationally.

Internation Shipping
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, GOLDEN HOUR FOOTWEAR cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery dates supplied by GOLDEN HOUR FOOTWEAR are a best estimate only and GOLDEN HOUR FOOTWEAR will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
Please note that all international online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense.

Returns
If you are unhappy with the merchandise you purchased for any reason, it may be returned to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided it adheres to the following conditions.
- Merchandise must be returned to Golden Hour Footwear within 7 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers, and 14 days for all other countries.
- Only approved returns will be issued with a return authorisation number. Any orders returned without an approved RA Number, will be returned to sender.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- All return shipping is at the cost to the customer
- All full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
